Hi, I’m Oliver Bossert. I am an entrepreneur, architect, maker and a curious human being.
Since 2024 I am focused on Jersonal – a company to help people living a happier life by creating a Happiness AI. For nearly 20 years I worked as a strategy consultant – focused on digital topics around enterprise architecture. I created the architecture for online stores, core banking systems and other complexity monsters.
While within Jersonal I am more focused on Solution rather than Enterprise Architecture I continue to work on Enterprise Architecture as a passion project. I am running a research project together with Henley Business School to understand the skills required to be a successful architect.

When I am not working on technology topics I am working with wood, 3d printing and enjoy playing all kind of games.
I am a proud father of two kids, married to a wonderful wife and live close to Frankfurt in Germany.
